Kevin Parker had just moved to the state of California. He had a new job at a medium sized company and it was his first day at work. The HR personnel instructed him that he had to first complete his compliance training as it was made mandatory by the state recently. This was new to Parker as he hadn’t heard or been through this before. The HR assistant was quick to answer his questions.

What is compliance training?

Compliance training refers to the process of educating employees of the organization’s regulations, policies and adherence to laws.
